Calendar Club cannot guarantee any shipping/delivery dates as we are solely reliant on our carriers to process and deliver within their transit times.


What are the additional charges on Delivery? (US & International Orders ONLY)

Additional tariff fees may be incurred to the recipient based on the country of Origin, not the country they are shipped from. It is the recipients responsibility to pay all tariff, taxes and duties determined by US Customs and Immigration. We are providing our customers with the Country of Origin on our product pages to help you make well informed purchasing decisions. 

For items leaving Canada, the receiver is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes to the destination country, which are based on that country's laws, tariff rates, and the goods' value and origin.

 

When will my order be processed?

Online orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, except during holidays. We generally process orders within 24 hours from when you place it.

 

Can you guarantee a specific delivery date?

Please note that the delivery timeframes you see while checking out are estimates only. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates. These are provided by the carrier and not guaranteed by Calendar Club.

 

Why did my order get cancelled?

In some instances we may cancel an order that does not follow our shipping guidelines. For example, if a PO box is specified for shipment being sent by UPS or Purolator. Before cancelling any order, Calendar Club will attempt to make contact with you to make alternate arrangements.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

During specific times of the year we do! Free shipping would be available on most orders with a set dollar value or more (before tax and after discounts). Some exceptions apply, for example, end of season, spring frenzy, oversized/weight, clearance, certain promotions and final sale items. Unfortunately we do not provide free shipping to Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories and other remote locations. ** Free Shipping thresholds may be discontinued or change at any time.

 

Why do you not offer Standard Shipping?

Standard and Expedited shipping have the same cost. To avoid confusion on the multiple standards for the same price, we decided to offer the best value for service! Expedited ensures your order takes precedence over standard parcels and offers a typical 2 to 7 day delivery window.

 

My cart meets the free shipping value. Why am I being charged for shipping?

Note that free shipping is only offered during certain times of the year. If your cart has clearance or final sale items you may not be able to activate free shipping, even if you have regular priced items in your cart that qualify. Free shipping will also not appear if you apply a discount code that brings your order below the threshold. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact customer care if you need further clarification or have questions. Please note that shipping thresholds may be changed at any time.

 

What if I'm not home to receive my package?

If the carrier attempts to make a delivery and no one is home, they may look for a safe place to leave your package, such as in between your doors, porch, garage or security desk. Otherwise, they'll leave a delivery notice indicating where and when you can pick up your package - typically at your local postal or UPS outlet.

 

My Package was stolen, what can I do?

Unfortunately we cannot refund or replace stolen delivered orders. We understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be and suggest the following tips:

  • if you're planning to be home for the delivery but can't be, call the delivery service and attempt to make other arrangements
  • ask a neighbour to retrieve the package
  • invest in a doorbell camera
  • call police if you see suspicious activity

Exceptions:

Due to new regulations under Bill 96, our Quebec stores will be closed this holiday season. The law, effective June 1, 2025, introduces stricter French language requirements that we’re not yet able to meet.

We fully support Quebec’s commitment to French and are working toward compliance to reopen both online and in-store soon.

Promotional Canadian Free Shipping - Limited Time offers on qualifying orders.

Carrier Options: Calendar Club reserves the right to choose the most economical carrier for Free Shipping.
Shipping Priorities: Expedited Parcel
Shipping Fees: Free Standard Domestic shipping is a promotion and offered at different times of the year for a limited time.
Estimated arrival time: Estimated arrival times are supplied by the carrier and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Exclusions:

Certain Products and promotions may be excluded from the free shipping offer such as: End of season, spring frenzy, clearance and/or final sale products, etc.  Unfortunately we are unable to provide free shipping to Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories.

*Any tariffs, duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the United States are determined by U.S. Customs and Immigration and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

 

International Shipping Outside Canada & the United States

Shipping Priorities:

Select the level of shipping priority by carrier.

Shipping Fees:

Fees are based on the selected products weight/size and distance to destination delivery point. Currency is in Canadian Dollars.

Estimated arrival time:

Estimated arrival times are supplied by the carrier and therefore cannot be guaranteed. However 4 - 8 weeks is the average.


*Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the final destination Country are evaluated and determined by their Customs and Immigration rules and regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.

PO Box restrictions:

Purolator and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes - if you (the customer) have selected UPS or Purolator to deliver to a PO Box Calendar Club at their discretion may cancel your order or request additional funds to ship your parcel(s).
