Shipping

Free shipping is available at certain times of the year, but not always. For example, during some of our end of season sales we typically aren’t able to offer free shipping. Additional restrictions may include: Oversized or bulky items, pricing thresholds and delivery addresses. See our Shipping Information page for full details.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide this service at this time.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Unfortunately Calendar Club cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delivery time is provided by the carrier and dependant on many factors like weather, staffing, major holidays and volume.

We use Canada Post and UPS for our carriers. The Free shipping option is provided by Canada Post. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Yes, Canada Post delivers to PO boxes, UPS does not.

No, only one address per order may be selected. You may enter as many delivery addresses as you wish under your account settings.

Our Standard Shipping and Expedited rates are the same cost to you. We want to ensure you get the best shipping method for your money.

We offer multiple shipping options through Canada Post and UPS.

There are only a few rates for our US customers. Our carriers are Canada Post and UPS.

Yes, we ship to many different countries. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We offer only a few choices when shipping internationally. Carriers supported are Canada Post and UPS Worldwide.

If you are running Internet Explorer you may need to delete your history and cookies and then log back into our site. Shopify is having an issue with the current updates from Microsoft. Yes. Calendar Club requires that all of our suppliers comply with the CCPSA – The Canada Consumer Product Safety Act as well as complying with the Canadian product testing requirements outlined by Health Canada and the CCPSA. 

Send your issue along with a picture to customercare@calendarclub.ca. Please note that different puzzle makers have different policies for resolutions. We may have to refer you to the puzzle maker directly.

Click on the person icon and enter your login and password.

Click on the (person icon) on the top right of the home screen. Log into your account by entering your login name and password. This links to your account screen – See Account Details on the right side. Click View Addresses at the bottom. This expands your information so that you can edit it. Click Edit and change your information. You may also add different addresses here by clicking on the Add a New Address link.

General

This could be happening for a number of reasons. The email may have gone to your 'junk' or 'other' folder. You may also already be signed up to our newsletter. This coupon code is a 1 time code for customers who sign up. If you are already signed up, you will not receive the email. Still haven't received it? Reach out to customer care and we can help!

We have locations across Canada. You can use our Store Locator to find a location nearest to you.

As a seasonal retailer we are open for a shorter time frame. Our locations will start to open in the fall and usually close after the New Year. Our online shop is always open to serve you.

To remove something from your cart click “view cart” and click the "Remove" under the quantity box to remove it.

You may choose to use this feature if you do not want to sign up as a customer or create an account.

Our retail stores may discount products as they get ready to close for the season to help reduce freight costs back to our distribution centre. Our online shop in turn, offers different discounts and incentives not found in stores throughout the year.

Unfortunately we cannot discount products that have been purchased or are in a processing state outside of our promotion timeline. The best way to be informed about upcoming sales and promotions is to join our e-mail list.

Returns and exchanges are easy at our retail locations. Please see requirements here.

Our online return policy is is the same as our retail locations. 45 day from date of purchase and must be in new condition. Calendar Club reserves the right to refuse refund if returned product is recieved in poor quality or damaged.

We don't exclude residents of Quebec in our contests and giveaways because we have something against them or don't want to include residents of the province. The reason we exclude Quebec is the laws in place set out by Quebec's Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ), which governs alcohol, lotteries, contests, gambling and more.

Quebec's contest laws are meant to protect its residents from false contests and make sure the prizes they win from contests are legit. If we fail to follow any of these rules by an error of our own, the consequences are severe.

For example, if we offer a prize that exceeds a certain amount of worth, we have to follow some or all of the following steps:

  • Register the contest rules and all advertisements used to promote the contest with the Quebec government at least 30 days prior to the contest launch.
  • Publish the full contest rules at least 10 days prior to the contest launch
  • Pay a fee up to 10% of the contests value, depending on who is allowed to enter.
  • Agree to allow the Quebec government to mediate any lawsuits arising from the contest.
  • Follow strict guidelines about what is allowed for contest content.
  • Allow the Quebec government the right to approve changes to the contest once it is live and to approve ending or cancelling the contest as they deem necessary.
  • File a written report after the contest has concluded proving that the prizes have been delivered or was attempted to be delivered to the winner.
  • Agree that the RACJ has permission to mediate any disagreements with the public.
  • File security in the amount of the contest value so that prizes are awarded as promised.
  • Follow a number of other rules as listed under Quebec's Sweepstakes Laws.

Not following any of these laws could result in large fines or even criminal charges. Unfortunately, as a company of our size, rather than risking potentially detrimental fines or criminal charges, we have chosen to exclude Quebec from all of our contests and giveaways.

Orders

Depending on the carrier a pick up card may be left at your door or the parcel may be placed near the entrance.

We strive for fast picking, so your order could be processed within an hour of placing it. Sometimes even faster.

No. Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the final destination Country are evaluated and determined by their Customs and Immigration rules and regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

No. There is no documentation related to pricing in the package.

Similar to cancellations, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been processed for shipping. To make changes to your order, please call Customer Care at 1-866-550-4455.

From time to time there may be an inventory issue, or we may have limited stock and the item has been deemed damaged or unsaleable.

We cannot cancel orders if they have been processed for shipping. We ship out orders daily, and so often times your order will be prepped for shipping within the hour and ship out the same day or next day. We cannot guarantee cancellation, but will try our best. If you are looking to cancel an order, please call customer care at 1-866-550-4455.
