I went to return a purchase at your store but it has closed for the season. What do I do?

A: You may return the purchase at any of our retail locations. Use our Store Locator to find the nearest store or contact customer service at 1-866-550-4455 or e-mail us at info@calendarclub.ca Hours of Operation are M-F 8:30 - 4:30 F 

Products I select are not showing up in my cart.  What is wrong?

A: If you are running Internet Explorer you may need to delete your history and cookies and then log back into our site.  Shopify is having an issue with the current updates from Microsoft.  If after trying this you are still having issues please contact customer service at 1-866-550-4455 or e-mail us at info@calendarclub.ca Hours of Operation are M-F 8:30 - 4:30.

What is your Return Policy?

Why doesn’t my order qualify for free shipping?

A: There may be some restrictions when we offer Free Shipping. The restrictions are usually related to excess package weight or size and/or the delivery address being located in remote locations such as Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Check our Shipping Information link for full details.

Why is the product in your retail stores discounted and online products are not?

A: Our retail stores may discount products as they get ready to close for the season to help reduce freight costs back to our distribution centre. Our online shop offers different discounts and incentives not found in stores.

If I send a purchase as a gift will the person receiving the package see what I paid or get a receipt?

A: No only the packing slip is included with orders, it has no payment information on it.

How do I remove an item from my cart?

A: To remove something from your cart click “view cart” and click the x to the left of the item to remove it. 

How can I cancel my order if I’ve paid?

A: We cannot cancel orders if they have been processed for shipping. Please contact customer service at 1-866-550-4455. Orders placed prior to 2:00 PM EDT/EST must call by 2:00 PM the same day in order to cancel. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EDT/EST must call by 2:00 PM the following day in order to cancel.  Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays please call before 2:00 PM EDT/EST on the next business day.

What is guest check out?

A: You may choose to use this feature if you do not want to sign up as a customer or create an account.

How can I edit my personal information?

A: Click on the (person icon) on the top right of the home screen. Log into your account by entering your login name and password. This links to your account screen – See Account Details on the right side. Click View Addresses at the bottom. This expands your information so that you can edit it. Click Edit and change your information. You may also add different addresses here by clicking on the Add a New Address link.

How do I log into my account?

What do I do if I cannot login?

Do you collect duties and taxes for international orders?

A: No. Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the final destination Country are evaluated and determined by their Customs and Immigration rules and regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

How are back orders processed?

A: We do not ship partial orders. The entire order will be shipped when all backordered products are received at our DC. If by chance a product is cancelled or not available you will be notified and requested to decide on how to proceed.

Can I pre order products and how are these orders handled?

A: No we do not have a pre-order program in place at this time.  However if we are waiting for stock to arrive you may click the notify me button and add your e-mail address to it.  We will e-mail one time when we receive more stock.  

How do I use a coupon?

A: On the checkout page enter the coupon code into the coupon code section/box. 

Can I add to an order after checkout?

Can I order in Bulk?

What if I accidently shipped my order to the wrong address?

Can I gift wrap my order?

A: We offer giftwrap for calendars only. Please contact customer service at 1-866-550-4455 or e-mail us at info@calendarclub.ca Hours of Operation are M-F 8:30 - 4:30.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

A: Yes you can enter as many delivery addresses as you wish under your account settings. Only one address per order may be selected.

Do you accept money orders?

What payment methods to you accept?

A: Visa, MC, Amex, PayPal and Money Orders.

How do I update my credit card expiration date?

A: Calendar Club and Shopify do not store credit card information. Each time you purchase from our online store you will enter all credit card information.

Do your toys meet safety standards?

A: Yes. Calendar Club requires that all of our suppliers comply with the CCPSA – The Canada Consumer Product Safety Act as well as complying with the Canadian product testing requirements outlined by Health Canada and the CCPSA.

How do I add a new address during checkout?

A: Click the down arrow beside the stored address. Select New Address and fill in the new address information.

How are orders processed?

A:  Orders are processed multiple times a day Monday through Friday.
