In-Store Exchange & Refund Policy

ALL merchandise marked as FINAL SALE are non refundable.

With a Receipt: ALL Calendar Club (Canada) stores will honour refunds/exchanges on any of our merchandise. Merchandise may be returned/exchanged at ANY Calendar Club location whether the store carries the product or not; provided that the merchandise is in saleable condition. All returns must be made within 45 days of the date on the receipt.

Online Purchases Returned to Stores: At this time we can only offer an exchange of online purchases at our retail locations. No refunds.

Without a Receipt: Merchandise without a receipt is exchange only, and only for the retail price at the time of exchange. The merchandise is to be in saleable condition

Please note that as we are a predominantly seasonal retailer - most of our stores are pop ups. If the original location where you purchased your product has closed, any of our other locations can handle the return or exchange. If no locations are open close to you, you can return the item to us directly. However, there is a shipping cost involved as Calendar Club does not offer prepaid returns. On-line Return Policy

All products marked as "Clearance", $1 & or $5 Deals are non-refundable.

All returns/exchanges must have an RMA# and be processed through our returns centre You may return it to us within 45 days for a refund of the product's purchase price minus original shipping charges, or exchange the item for an item of equal or lesser value.

Please note, Calendar Club Canada does not cover or reimburse shipping costs incurred by customers for returning items.

All items must be in their original condition. Please return items in their original shrink wrap and packaging if possible with adequate packing materials. We are willing to make exceptions as needed, as long as the item has not been written in or shows no signs of usage such as creases, folds, damaged, etc.

Once the package has been received, you will receive a full refund of the product's purchase price minus original shipping charges on your original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns to be received and processed. is not responsible for lost returns. 

 **Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases.**
