Calendar Club of Canada Refund Policy – Online Orders

Products ordered on calendarclub.ca abide by a 30 day return policy.

All items must be in original and saleable condition with original or gift receipt. Review our FAQs for what saleable condition is.

Our stores will accept ECOM returns for Calendar Club merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

If no locations are open near you, you may return the item to Calendar Club of Canada in Ontario.

Customer has within 30 days to mail back the product after submitting their request after approval.

Customer must cover the return shipping charge.

RECEIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

Kindly go to our Returns form https://forms.office.com/r/wtyuhuQVHa?origin=lprLink to report any damaged, defective, incorrect items, missing pieces or slight printing error within 30 days of receiving your package. We highly recommend that you check your package right away.

If your order is a gift item, please include the order confirmation order number with product. Ensure that you and the recipient understand the return policy
and inspect the gift within 30 days of purchase.
UNDELIVERED or REFUSED PACKAGES:
Due to incorrect / incomplete special instructions

Examples: Missing Apartment #, incomplete address, incomplete Name, missing buzzer number, etc.

For orders that were returned that qualified for FREE SHIPPING – a shipping fee will be applied.
Return courier cost will be applied due to inaccurate or missing shipping information.
NO RESHIPMENT REQUIRED

Return courier cost will be deducted from the refund.

Plus, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
RESHIPMENT REQUEST

Return courier cost will be added in addition to the reshipment cost.

If requested, Calendar Club will gladly reship orders that have been returned. Courier cost will apply.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not available.
Refunds will be issued to the original order, and customers may place a new order at any time.
Calendar Club of Canada Refund Policy for In-Store Purchases

All items must be in original and saleable condition, with original or gift receipt. Review our FAQs for what saleable condition is.

Our stores will accept returns on Calendar Club merchandise while open from September 2025 to store close, with original receipt. We are a seasonal retailer,
so our stores begin to close on, or shortly after, December 25th. If the original location where you purchased your product has closed, ANY of our other open locations can handle your return request.

If no locations are open near you, you may return the item to us directly.
Note: Calendar Club does not offer prepaid returns, you must pay the shipping cost, hence we recommend returning to one of our stores before they close for the season.

Purchases made from our website may be returned to one of our open stores.
Note that you must take a copy of the online order confirmation with you since it is required in order to process the return.

Exchanges can be processed in-store with original or gift receipt and if product is available in-store.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you have damaged / defective products, please visit your local Calendar Club store with original or gift receipt.

All in-store returns must be completed by February 28, 2026.

You may return an item to Calendar Club of Canada within 30 days to request a refund of the product's purchase price.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Must include your first and last name, copy of receipt and be in unused/saleable condition.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Tip: Don’t throw out your receipt. If you must discard it, then take a great photo of it.

Allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

We highly recommend that you check your product right away.

Any inquiries regarding damages and defects after that date will be rejected.

If your order is a gift item, include the gift receipt with the product.
Ensure that you and the recipient understand the return policy and inspect the gift before Feb. 28, 2026.
