      Due to Covid-19, our Polo Park store is temporarily closed, but we're excited to announce that we're now offering in-store pick up! There's two simple ways to place an order. You can shop online using the list below, or give us a call and we'll be happy to get an order ready as quickly as possible.

      1) Shop Online, Pick Up In Store:

      • Use our secure, online checkout
      • Select 'Pick Up' as your delivery method
      • Choose 'Polo Park', and submit your order!

      Something Not Working?

      1. I don't see this store as an available pick up location

      Make sure you've only added items from the products showing on this page. Unfortunately, if you select an item not on this page, it means this store doesn't have it. As a result, the system won't give you the pick up in store option.

      2. The web site says the product is out of stock

      In this case, please give us a call to place your order.

      3. Can I schedule a specific time to pick up my order?

      Not specifically, but we'll let you know when it's ready to be picked up. Once you've received this confirmation, you can come by during our working hours (posted on this page). You do not need to pick your order up the same day.

      4. How long will you hold my order?

      If you've paid for your purchase through our web site, we will hold your order for 3 days. It will be refunded and cancelled if you don't pick up your order within that time. For orders by phone, where you'll pay when you arrive at the store, we will hold the product for 2 days.

      5. Can someone pick my order up for me?

      Yes, you may have someone else pick up your order. Please ensure they have the order confirmation email with them when they arrive.
